SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS


Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we are pleased to offer FedEx SmartPost to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
We offer free ground shipping for orders $50 and over and free 2-day shipping for orders $75 and over.  

We offer $5.00 shipping on orders below $50 and $10 shipping for 2-day shipping on orders below $75.

Please allow 24-48 hours processing time after you place your order for us to prepare it for shipping.

*We regret that expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO address at this time.
Please note, orders over $300 require a signature confirmation at delivery.

When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once picked up from our warehouse, our shippers commit to deliver your package in 1 to 5 business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hearmeraw.com. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Where’s my package?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.

What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@hearmeraw.com. We will arrange for FedEx to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your HEAR ME RAW purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to info@hearmeraw.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another HEAR ME RAW product, refunding or charging the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note: Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.

All items purchased directly from HEARMERAW.com may be accepted for a return. If you purchased a HEAR ME RAW product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

Can I exchange a product?
If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another HEAR ME RAW product of equal value.

Can I return a gift?
If you would like to return a gift that was shipped directly to you, we can provide a gift credit for the value of your return.

How do I start a return?
We are sorry you didn’t absolutely love your HEAR ME RAW purchase. Please contact our customer service team at info@hearmeraw.com in order to start the return process.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping items over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.

ONLINE ORDERING


The product I want is out of stock. Will it be available again?
It depends on the product and reason why it is out of stock. If you have any questions, we suggest contacting us at info@hearmeraw.com and we will let you know when the product is back in stock. We always suggest subscribing to our emails to ensure you are getting first-access to new products, promotions, and news. Limited Edition products should be clearly marked. In general, when these go out of stock, it’s for good.

Do you send samples?
Yes! We believe in sharing the love and look to include samples with every order as supplies are available, unless you opt not to receive them. We will only ship samples with a purchase and due to the limited nature of free samples, we are unable to re-ship them if they arrive damaged or are missing.

Where can I purchase HEAR ME RAW products?
Currently, HEAR ME RAW is available exclusively on HEARMERAW.com.

There are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized HEAR ME RAW resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from HEAR ME RAW. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. Please protect yourself and your HEAR ME RAW product by ensuring that you only purchase HEAR ME RAW products from an Authorized HEAR ME RAW Dealer.

Can I purchase HEAR ME RAW on Amazon?
HEAR ME RAW is not currently being sold on Amazon. If you see HEAR ME RAW products on Amazon, it is not from an authorized seller and HEAR ME RAW cannot vouch to the authenticity of any HEAR ME RAW product sold on Amazon.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
The best way to make sure you get discounts and promo codes is by signing up for our e-mails. We will let you know about latest launches, news and offers. Click here to sign up.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be use once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. HEAR ME RAW reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.

If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the promo code or that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact customer service.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Apply Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. If using a pre-paid gift card, please ensure there are sufficient funds before attempting to place an order. Unfortunately, we don’t offer split payments at this time.

How do I buy a gift card?

PRODUCT QUESTIONS


Do your products have expiration dates?
Our products do not have “expiration” dates because they are cosmetic products. However, when you’re fully committed to using natural ingredients, products tend to have a shorter shelf life than products that are filled with synthetic ingredients and harmful preservatives. All HEAR ME RAW products are freshly sealed and have a shelf life of 3 years. Once opened, HEAR ME RAW products are good for 6 months after opening year after opening. To us, skin care is like food. Would you eat something that is still good 3 years after opening?

Are your products “clean”?
Our products exceed virtually every clean standard from every retailer. But we think “clean” isn’t enough. In most cases, “clean” just means it’s absent of bad synthetics. It doesn’t mean it’s natural, sustainable, or even effective. In fact, many “clean” brands are filled with synthetic ingredients. We believe that products should be natural, sustainable and effective. All HEAR ME RAW products are at least 98% natural, extremely sustainable, and super effective.

Are your products all-natural/organic?
We believe that as creatures from nature, only things from nature should be put in or on your body. That’s why all HEAR ME RAW products are at least 98% natural, and we strive to increase that every day.

Where it makes sense, we use organic ingredients. In other cases, earth-borne ingredients like clays and charcoals do not fall under and cannot be classified organic because they aren’t plant-based.

By the way, when a company can’t tell you what percent of their product is natural, you have your answer. It isn’t natural.

Do you use synthetic ingredients in you’re your products?
We try to never use synthetic ingredients and all HEAR ME RAW products are at least 98% natural. We only use a synthetic ingredient if it is proven safe and absolutely essential to maintain the stability of the product.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
All products and ingredients are vegan and gluten-free. We’re very proud of that. However, our products are not currently produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities so if you have a gluten intolerance or allergy, you may want to speak to your doctor or avoid using altogether, just to be safe.

Are your products non-comedogenic?
All of our products have undergone clinical trials and none of the people in the trials have ever experienced irritation or breakouts when using only HEAR ME RAW products.

Does HEAR ME RAW use parabens?
We never have and we never will use parabens.

How sustainable is your packaging?
Our packaging is one of the most sustainable in the market. It’s based on a jar and lid which can be used repeatedly and freshly-sealed refill pods to inset when finished. In fact, in 3 years, we use approximately 90% less packaging than typical face care jars!

HEAR ME RAW follows the 3 R’s of sustainability in order of importance: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

We REDUCE by making multi-use products and have REUSABLE jars and lids. That means we need less resources to make our packages. We also REDUCE by eliminating plastic discs, spatula’s and other unnecessary items from packaging.

We REUSE by having jars and lids designed to last for years. When finished, you remove the inside “pod” and replace it with a refill pod which gets inserted into the jar. Clean the lid and off you go.

We RECYCLE by ensuring every component is recyclable – the jar, lid, refill pod, etc. And our cartons are made from 50% recyclable paper.

Can I use the refill pods in other HEAR ME RAW jars?
Any HEAR ME RAW refill pod can be used in any HEAR ME RAW jar. After you’re finished with your HEAR ME RAW jar, simply remove the existing pod, clean out the jar and lid and insert the new refill pod.

How long do HEAR ME RAW jars and lids last?
HEAR ME RAW’S jars and lids are designed to last indefinitely. However, from time to time you may want to get a new jar and lid.

Are your products safe for all ages?
HEAR ME RAW products are not made for children especially as some use AHA’S and other powerful natural ingredients. As a rule, HEAR ME RAW products are for people 13 years and older.

Do you test your products on animals?
No, we do NOT, never have and never will test our products on animals. Animals were not put on this planet to have products tested on.

Is it safe to use your products while I’m pregnant/nursing?
Our entire product line is safe for pregnant or nursing women to use. However, always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.

Is it normal to feel a tingling sensation when using HEAR ME RAW Products?
Actually, for most HEAR ME RAW products you should feel a tingle. When it comes to using a new product or ingredient (especially those that have AHA’S), start slowly and let your skin adjust. We use high concentrations in our products to ensure effectiveness, so a little tingling is a sign it’s working.

If irritation occurs, limit length of time or frequency of use. If it persists, discontinue use and consult a physician.
